Visit SPG.com . Once there, you will see links to create a username and password (if you already have a Starwood Preferred Guest account that needs to be activated online), retrieve your username and password (if your account has already been activated online), or join Starwood Preferred Guest.

Can I change a reservation after it's been made?

Yes. You can modify your reservation online, or call +90 322 237 19 00 to change your reservation over the phone. However, please keep in mind that changes are subject to restrictions depending on the details of your original reservation.

Do you have free internet in the hotel?

Through the Link@Sheraton experienced with Microsoft®, guests may browse the Internet, watch a game with friends, borrow a magazine or newspaper, or have a cup of coffee at Link Café.

We offer wireless and wired internet for a fee in guest rooms. Guests can connect up to three devices for the cost of 34 TRY for 24 hours. Club Level guests receive complimentary internet.

What are the dining options in the hotel?

La Spezia Restaurant as all-day dining restaurant which offers world – especially Italian cuisine and Villa Mare Restaurant as specialty restaurant which offers meat and fish specialties.

Do you have free breakfast?

Breakfast is not included room rates. Guests who are staying at Club level thay can have complimentary breakfast at Sheraton Club Lounge.

Is Sheraton family-friendly?

Absolutely! Your kids are Sheraton's kids. Children 17 and under stay free at Sheraton Hotels & Resorts* as long as they are staying with an adult and using existing bedding.

How can I make special requests regarding my stay?

Special requests can be made when booking your reservation online, or by calling the hotel directly. How do I get to the Sheraton Adana Hotel from Airport? 

Staying at the Sheraton Adana means the business or leisure traveler is very close to Adana Şakirpaşa Airport, approximately 4.5 kilometers away. The journey is 15 minutes by taxi and you can expect to pay 25 Turkish Lira. Privat transfer and Limousine Service available on request.

How much does it cost to park at Sheraton Adana Hotel?

We do not charge parking fee from our guests. If you prefer to choose valet parking, it costs 15 TRY.

Rates & Reservations

Will I get the same rate if I change a reservation?

The personal and credit card information used to reserve a room can be modified with no change in room rate. However, if you wish to change any other aspect of your reservation - such as dates or room features - you must cancel your previous reservation, then make a new reservation that meets your new criteria. Therefore, the original room rate you were quoted is not guaranteed since the new room rate depends on what is available on the date that you rebook.

How do I cancel a reservation?

To cancel a reservation online, click Reservations in the top navigation bar. Follow the steps to retrieve your reservation, and then click Cancel. Be sure to retain your cancellation number for your records. You can also cancel your reservation by calling +90 322 237 19 00.

Will my credit card be charged if I forget to cancel my reservation and don't stay in the room I reserved?

Yes. Reservations are automatically guaranteed to your credit card. To avoid being charged, reservations must be cancelled in accordance with the cancellation policy.

What is a guaranteed reservation?

If your reservation is guaranteed, it means that you have provided credit card information or another form of payment at the time you made your reservation and that the hotel will hold your room until check-out time the day following your scheduled arrival. In the event you do not check-in, the hotel will charge your credit card per the rules of the rate you reserved.

Can I earn frequent flyer mileage for my stay at a Starwood hotel?

Yes. As a Starwood Preferred Guest® member, you benefit from an exchange rate of 1 Starpoint® to 1 airline mile on most major airline carriers. You may choose to receive credit for your stay in either your frequent flyer account or your Starwood Preferred Guest account. However, you may not receive both Starpoints credit and frequent flyer credit for the same stay.
